Regular Annual Membership - Scholarship Application

This scholarship is being offered to individuals interested in being a member of our local chapter and continuing their education in the treasury management field.  With this scholarship, you are entitled to be a member of the AFP of Oregon and Southwest Washington at no cost to you for one (1) year. 

This application is open to the following:

• Applicants whose employer will not pay the annual membership dues;
• Applicants who cannot pay due to extenuating circumstances;
• Applications who are able to attend at least 4 meetings within the calendar year;

Applicants may apply for this scholarship or the CTP Review Course Scholarship, but not both in the same calendar year.

Your application will be kept confidential; you will be notified after the deadline on the board's decision to approve or deny your scholarship request.  No other announcements will be made.

Deadline:  Your application must be received before Feb. 1, 2010 for consideration.
